Aqua Sports

Barre-Fit

BLT

Stands for Buns, Legs, and Toning. One hour class focusing on lower body strength exercises as well has cardio moves to get the heart rate up and get that extra calorie burn. Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, and more lower body moves that will be sure to Tone the lower body.

Coached Yoga

A beginner level of yoga designed for members new to yoga or those with arthritis, injuries, or other limitations that prevent them from doing traditional yoga.

In just 15 mins, and intense, rock solid core workout for the results you want! A perfect compliment to your daily routine. Attend before or after you cardio or strength workout.

Cycles

Bring your outdoor cycling training indoors! Experience adrenaline pumping cycling drills set to upbeat music in a warm and inviting group setting. These classes are great for both novice and veteran cyclists, taught by an experienced cycling couch. Great for toning your legs and core.

A strength fusion style format that combines short bursts of cardio strength training for an all over body workout.

This format incorporates dynamic balance, dance conditioning, plyometrics, strength, and functional training.

Pump It!

More than 4 times as many reps as you would in a regular gym workout. Every 70-100 reps per track focused on a different body part. Heart rate remains elevated which means you get more cardiovascular workout so your burning fat! Have fun while shaping and toning muscles.

Rep Reebok

Build muscular strength and endurance in this choreographed strength training class. Training focus rotates through endurance, strength and power formats to create a class that eliminates strength plateaus. This class is appropriate for all levels.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

This one stop body shock program encompasses all aspects of physical fitness. R.I.P.P.E.D is an acronym for Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, & Diet.

Seated Yoga

Restore your body with a stretch class. These one hour classes are dedicated to lengthening muscles and working through areas of tightness.  Increase strength, mobility, balance, endurance and flexibility all in an energizing and rejuvenating workout routine.

Senior Fitness

This class is designed to help seniors improve back posture and balance while improving range of motion, mobility, muscle strength and an overall way of life. Using light weights with cardio and stretching techniques, these classes can be modified to fit all agility levels.

Senior Pilates

A popular non-impact format that focuses on proper core training to improve muscle strength and length, mobility, stabilization, and body alignment. Pilates for seniors class is comprised of gentle Pilates exercises that focus on using the core muscles to address the postural issues that all of us face as we grow older.

S.E.T.

(Strength, Endurance, Training) This strength and endurance class uses barbells, hand weights and resistance training to offer you a high intensity workout that builds muscle and improves bone density. Typically we jam out to rockin’ music as we burn calories and boost our metabolism in a fun and exhilarating way! This class is perfect for members who are training for a race or competition.

S.E.T. Boot Camp

This class highlights the introduction of cardio and boot camp exercises. S.E.T boot camp will give you a total body workout along with new moves to diversify your workout.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics is an energizing, professionally designed and choreographed step class! The class is sculpted around traditional stepping up and down on a rectangular or square platform while occasionally incorporating hand weights or dance moves to give you maximum results! These classes will get your heart rate up and lungs in shape, making it the perfect cross-training activity for runners and cyclists!

Stretch

Restore your body with a stretch class. These one hour classes are dedicated to lengthening muscles and working through areas of tightness.  Increase strength, mobility, balance, endurance and flexibility all in an energizing and rejuvenating workout routine.

Turbo Kick Boxing (TKB)

WWBootcamp

Cardio and strength training for all levels. This class will meet in the Basketball Court. Be ready to work!

Yoga

Zumba

With its fiery Latin rhythms and sensual, calorie-burning moves, Zumba is a rigorous workout that will tone the tough spots while entertaining the spirit at the same time. Break a sweat in our hour long classes and leave feeling sexy and confident!
Our Zumba instructors provide excellent coaching to make these dance moves easy to follow.

Zumba Gold

This is an easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. Zumba gold provides modified, low-impact moves for the active older adults.
